1 General Introduction & Acceptance

aqo99 is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino, and various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between aqo99 and each registered member ("User") of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Users must play for themselves and of their own free will; operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person is not permitted.

aqo99 may at any time request a national identity card, birth certificate, or other valid documents for age verification purposes. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

When creating an account on aqo99, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings.

3.2 Password & Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential. Login credentials should not be shared with anyone. In the event of unauthorized access, the aqo99 support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

Any changes to personal information (such as mobile number or payment method) must be updated on the platform immediately. aqo99 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aqo99 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking services in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Transactions through any method other than these three are not possible.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Approved withdrawal funds are generally sent to the relevant mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If identity verification or additional document collection is required before withdrawal, the process may take somewhat longer.

4.4 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, aqo99 may verify the user's identity and payment method. aqo99 reserves the right to put the withdrawal process on hold if the user does not cooperate with this verification process.

4.5 Responsibility for Deposits & Withdrawals

The user bears full responsibility for all transactions in their account. aqo99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from funds being sent to the wrong destination due to incorrect information provided by the user.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

aqo99's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus (total ৳2,000); depositing ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total ৳26,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), applicable on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be usable on specified games; the terms of each promotion apply separately.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after a bonus is awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• No bonus or winnings earned from it may be directly transferred to another user.
• Attempting to exploit any weakness or flaw in the bonus system may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
• aqo99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time without notice.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

aqo99's VIP program has a total of five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies to each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

By staying regularly active, users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. The conditions for VIP cashback and other rewards will be determined by aqo99 and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aqo99 platform. Participation in such activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and all funds may be forfeited:

• Attempting to manipulate the system through fraud, deceptive bets, or any other dishonest means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system to gain unfair advantages.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in operating accounts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Registering or conducting transactions using a false identity.

8 Gaming Service Standards & Technical Matters

8.1 Service Availability

The aqo99 platform strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, service may be temporarily unavailable or limited due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. aqo99 is not obligated to provide any compensation in such circumstances.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or malfunction occurs during the gaming process, the relevant game round or bet may be considered void. aqo99 reserves the right to cancel any abnormal winnings obtained due to an error.

8.3 Fair Play

aqo99 operates on a fair play policy. All games are operated using a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and fair.

aqo99 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, inappropriate conduct, or legal reasons. In such cases, funds associated with unlawful activity may be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period of time. aqo99 will notify the user in advance regarding this matter.

12 Limitation of Liability

aqo99 will not be liable under any circumstances in the following cases:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from the user's gaming activity.
• Gaming being disrupted due to internet connection failure, hardware issues, or other technical reasons.
• Service disruption by a third-party payment provider or delayed transaction processing.
• Losses resulting from the user's login credentials being exposed to others.
• Service interruption due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders.

13 Dispute Resolution
